At Knowbly we've enacted several measures across our business to ensure the health and safety of our employees so that we will be able to maintain our unparalleled service and commitment to our customers.
Health and Safety of Knowbly Employees
Our core values guide our philosophical and operational principles in any crisis. Above all else, we place the highest priority on the welfare of all employees and customers. To that end, we have implemented several measures to ensure the health and safety of our community, including supporting remote work for all Knowbly employees and suspending all travel.
Keeping our operations running is critical to us and our customers. Given our cloud-based culture, work from home practices are part of our normal business operations. We currently leverage a range of best-of-breed technologies for video communication (Zoom), messaging (Slack), secure identity (Okta), and other critical cloud tools to deliver uninterrupted remote work for all employees. Out of an abundance of caution during COVID-19, we're supporting employees, regardless of office location, to do their work remotely.
Infrastructure Resilience and Reliability
Knowbly handles millions of MBs of content, with customers sharing, collaborating, and delivering courses and widgets globally, and we manage tens of millions of files across customers worldwide. To deliver maximum uptime, we leverage multiple geographically diverse data-centers, as well as public cloud partners to deliver our service. This diversity in infrastructure partners gives us flexibility if supply chains are disrupted in an extended crisis.
